City Farm & we have butterflies!

Standard

Spent the day at Newham City Farm which I must say is a beautiful farm. A group of us went there and it really was a lovely day mashaAllah! The weather was just beautiful and the company was lovely.

If you live in London, I would definitely recommend visiting this farm. Very clean, child friendly, the kids can touch the animals and there is a lovely huge green area at the back of the farm near the horses. We enjoyed a lovely picnic with the sisters and their kids and the kids enjoyed rolling down the hills and running through the grass and flowers.

When we got back home we had a pleasant surprise! 3 of the butterflies had emerged! R was sooo excited. We are still waiting for two more butterflies to emerge. It looks like one is on its way and the naughty one doesn’t look like he is coming out any time soon! I hope we get to catch the butterfly actually emerging inshaAllah.
